**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team and service customers in the NHS and private acute sector. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling a range of innovative endoscopy sterilization equipment and consumables, dealing with stakeholders from end users to procurement directors.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Sell medical devices and equipment to hospitals, leveraging your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to build strong relationships with customers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive commercial revenue and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Manage a territory of customers, identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and strategies.
**Requirements**
- Proven experience selling medical devices or equipment to hospitals.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- An outgoing and engaging personality, with a strong entrepreneurial attitude and keen account management skills.
- A full driving license, with a valid UK driving license.
**What We Offer**
- A competitive basic salary of £35,000, depending on experience.
- An uncapped OTE, with top performers earning up to £20,000 per year.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days' holiday, a fully expensed hybrid car, pension, and healthcare options.
**Location**
The Territory Sales Manager role covers South Wales and south west England, including Worcester, Bristol, Cardiff, Swansea, Exeter, Swindon, Bournemouth, and Torquay.
