Area Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic sales professional to join our team as an Area Sales Manager. This role will involve managing and developing customer relationships within your allocated region in the UK, driving sales growth, building customer loyalty, and exceeding business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Develop and nurture relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities for both brands.
- Sales Performance: Analyze sales data, generate reports, and present tailored solutions to meet customer needs and drive sales growth.
- Strategic Planning: Create and implement sales strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and business objectives.
- Customer Support: Resolve customer complaints, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver customized presentations to prospective and current customers.
- Pricing & Reporting: Implement and review customer-specific pricing, while maintaining regular sales reports and area forecasts.
- Market Insights: Provide key insights on market trends, customer requirements, competitor activity, and new product launches.
- Collaboration: Work with other Area Sales Managers to share best practices and support team efforts, including training and holiday cover.
Requirements:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record in sales and territory management.
- Analytical mindset with experience in forecasting, problem-solving, and managing customer accounts.
- Commercial awareness and ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
- A valid UK driving license is required, and some overnight stays will be expected.
