An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team at L&T Consultancy as a Field Sales Trainee.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for building experience and knowledge through our sales academy, maintaining and developing sales within existing and new accounts in the territory, and developing relationships with DIY and trade customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shadowing, training, and meetings to build knowledge and experience.
  • Follow up and converting leads.
  • Attending trade shows and networking events.
  • Maintaining market and competitor knowledge, utilising Sales-force.

About You:

We are looking for an individual with excellent motivation and organisation skills, a proactive sales approach, and excellent communication and relationship building skills. The ability to travel is also essential.

What We Offer:

  • Basic salary starting at 24k, rising to 26k.
  • Bonus, 28k OTE.
  • Company car and fuel card.
  • Remote, flexible, field-based role.
  • 25 days holiday a year, and company pension.
