About the Role

The Front Desk Associate working at YOTEL Glasgow is a key position that requires a high level of customer service and communication skills. As a member of our Mission Control Crew, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for our guests, from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Process payments, handle guest complaints, and maintain a high level of accuracy with transactions.
  • Work collaboratively with the hotel team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a hotel Receptionist or in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
