Role Summary

The Administrative Business Partner plays a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and supporting leadership within the organization. This position requires a proactive individual capable of managing various administrative tasks while ensuring smooth communication and collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Coordination: Manage intricate schedules, making informed decisions to optimize time and resources.
  • Project Oversight: Lead operational initiatives and team-related projects, facilitating meetings, tracking progress, and promoting best practices.
  • Event Planning: Organize team meetings and events, including agenda preparation, presentation creation, and meticulous note-taking.
  • Effective Communication: Develop clear and concise communications for leadership, including updates and follow-ups, while managing team communication channels.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong connections with team members and cross-functional partners through innovative engagement strategies.
  • Travel Coordination: Oversee travel arrangements and expense reporting, ensuring compliance with company policies and aligning with team objectives.

Role Significance:

This position is vital for maintaining operational excellence and supporting the strategic goals of the organization. The Administrative Business Partner will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that business needs are met efficiently.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 4+ years of administrative experience, with at least 2 years supporting senior executives.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Suite, Slack, and MS Office Suite.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a high level of emotional intelligence.
