Role Summary

The Administrative Business Partner plays a crucial role in supporting leadership by managing various operational tasks and enhancing team productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Coordination: Oversee intricate scheduling needs, making informed decisions that align with business priorities.

  • Relationship Building: Foster strong connections with team members and cross-departmental partners through innovative engagement strategies.
  • Travel Coordination: Manage travel arrangements and expense reports, ensuring compliance with policies and alignment with team requirements.

Candidate Profile:

We are seeking individuals with:

  • A minimum of 4 years of administrative experience, including 2 years supporting senior executives.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Suite, Slack, and MS Office Suite.
  • A proactive approach to task ownership and problem-solving.
  • Experience working with product and engineering teams is a plus.

  1. Experience managing multiple senior executives, particularly in a product or engineering context.
  2. High emotional intelligence and situational awareness.
  3. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
