Job Title: Executive Coordinator/Assistant

Millennium Management is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Coordinator/Assistant to join our Branding & Communications team in London.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Branding & Communications team, assisting with planning and coordination of internal and external meetings, maintaining tracking sheets, and facilitating arrangements for internal projects. They will also assist with the development of marketing materials, presentations, and digital content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Branding & Communications team
  • Assist with planning and coordination of internal and external meetings
  • Maintain tracking sheets and facilitate arrangements for internal projects
  • Assist with the development of marketing materials, presentations, and digital content
  • Prepare materials and documents for meetings and take detailed meeting notes
  • Exercise sound judgment and discretion of a highly confidential nature
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and minimum of 5+ years' experience in a corporate environment
  • Executive Assistant/Administrative Experience
  • Exposure to brand marketing/creative content development
  • Direct brand strategy or communications experience a plus
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly and cooperative personality
  • Excellent team player with a strong willingness to participate and anticipate the needs of others
  • Quick learner and detail-oriented; demonstrable thoroughness and strong ownership of work
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and computer-based programs
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-moving and constantly changing environment; high sense of urgency
