Role Summary:

As an Administrative Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting leadership by managing various operational tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Coordination: Manage intricate calendars, making informed scheduling decisions that align with business priorities.
  • Project Oversight: Lead operational and personnel-related initiatives, facilitating meetings, tracking progress, and promoting best practices within the team.
  • Event Coordination: Organize team meetings and events, which includes creating agendas, preparing presentation materials, and documenting meeting outcomes.
  • Effective Communication: Develop clear communications for leadership, including team updates and follow-ups, while managing organizational communication channels.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong connections with team members and cross-departmental partners through innovative engagement strategies.
  • Travel and Expense Management: Oversee travel arrangements and expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and supporting team needs.

Team Dynamics:

Collaborate with fellow administrative partners to ensure that business requirements are met efficiently and effectively.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for individuals with:

  • A minimum of 4 years of administrative experience, including 2 years supporting senior executives.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to task ownership, even in ambiguous situations.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Suite, Slack, and MS Office.
  • A commitment to confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.

Essential Skills:

  1. Experience supporting multiple senior executives, particularly in product or engineering environments.
  2. Strong situational awareness and emotional intelligence.
  3. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a focus on complex calendar management and event planning.
