Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Executive Coordinator. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Support: Provide administrative support to our Executives, including coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and managing correspondence.
- Logistics and Scheduling: Manage complex scheduling, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings, travel, and events.
- Diary Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date diaries for our Executives, ensuring they are well-prepared for meetings and events.
- Events Management: Coordinate and execute events, including scheduling, venue selection, and catering arrangements.
- Project Management: Support project teams as needed, ensuring smooth execution of projects and initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience: Private equity or financial services industry experience, with a proven track record of providing administrative support to senior executives.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
