We are seeking a talented and ambitious Graduate Procurement and Purchasing Coordinator to join our team at 1st Executive. As a key member of our procurement function, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Procurement Managers and contributing to the procurement of Indirect categories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the procurement of Indirect categories, including Logistics, IT, Professional Services, BPO, HR, Consultancy, Contingent Labour & Recruitment
- Assist with spend analysis, market research, supplier identification, contract negotiation, and post-contract supplier performance
- Develop a range of procurement skills, including contract management and supplier relationship building
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business value and innovation
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in a relevant field
- Some experience of Indirect or IT Procurement
- Analytical and logical nature, highly numerate with demonstrable experience of using Excel
- Confident communicator with an engaging personality and an inquisitive nature
