Our client, a leading independent construction and property consultancy, is seeking a highly skilled administrative professional to provide exceptional support to one of their Partners in their central London office.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to the Partner, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and efficient management of tasks.
  2. Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and organize appointments both internally and externally, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills.
  3. Assist with basic financial tasks, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  4. Coordinate travel arrangements, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation for the Partner and other team members.
  5. Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports, showcasing excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Act as a representative and point of contact for the Partner, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor.
  7. Assist with event planning, client presentations, and team coordination, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and ability to multitask.
  8. Conduct research, gather information, and prepare briefing materials for meetings, ensuring the Partner is well-prepared and informed.
  9. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism, upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and integrity.
  10. Support the Partner in managing key relationships, fostering strong partnerships and collaborations.

Key Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within professional services, property, or consultancy.
  2. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare and edit complex documents and presentations.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with experience in using these tools to manage calendars, schedules, and other administrative tasks.
  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, anticipating the Partner's needs and providing exceptional support.
  6. High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information, with a strong commitment to confidentiality and integrity.
  7. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  8. Experience in the property or real estate sector is a plus, but not essential.

Package:

  1. Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
  2. Office based initially, with some flexibility in the longer term.
  3. Hours: 9am - 5:30pm.
  4. Holiday: 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays and the period between Christmas and New Year.
