About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Services Administrator to join our team at Your Resourcing Partner Limited. As a key member of our administrative support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial services business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our financial advisers, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of client services.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including client files and documentation.
  • Assist with the preparation of client meeting packs, including data analysis and financial reports.
  • Manage client correspondence, including letters and emails, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, including meetings and phone calls.
  • Provide administrative support for business development activities, including market research and competitor analysis.
  • Assist with the preparation of business reports and presentations, including financial data and market trends.
Requirements
  • Previous administrative experience in a financial services environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Highly computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other financial software applications.
