Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to provide support in a primary educational setting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the requirements for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and will be able to effectively collaborate with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCP).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement the provisions outlined in the EHCP.
  • Provide tailored support to enhance the learning experience of the student.
  • Engage with parents to discuss any notable behavioral developments.
  • Adopt a flexible approach to learning and teaching methods.
  • Deliver individualized support to the student.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Level 3 Cache/NVQ qualification.
  • Understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) at Level 1.
  • Experience working with students with SEN.
  • Reliability and consistency in building relationships with students.
