About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Red Door Recruitment. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Negotiate with clients and suppliers to secure new business and expand existing relationships
  • Submit quotes and convert leads into sales
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Attend and participate in sales meetings and conferences
Requirements
  • Customer service or operations experience
  • Experience of negotiating with clients and/or suppliers
  • Friendly telephone manner
  • Energetic and enthusiastic personality
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and desire to succeed
