About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Partnerships Business Development Manager to join our team at TPP Recruitment. As a key member of our Corporate Partnerships team, you will play a pivotal role in securing high-value corporate partnerships that support our mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and Secure Partnerships: Develop and manage strategic partnerships with commercial and non-profit organizations to deliver significant financial and strategic value.
  • Drive New Business: Research, engage, and secure new partnerships through warm connections, contributing to our income and strategic goals.
  • Collaborate Internally: Work closely with internal teams to craft compelling proposals, pitches, and materials that resonate with potential partners.
  • Support the Team: Provide insights and support across the Corporate Partnerships team to ensure all opportunities are maximized.
Requirements
  • Target Driven: Proven track record of success in a target-driven environment, with a strong focus on securing corporate fundraising partnerships.
  • Fundraising Experience: Experience in securing corporate fundraising partnerships of 5 figures +, with a strong understanding of the commercial and non-profit sectors.
  • Relationship Builder: Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders, leading to successful outcomes.
