Job Title: Strategic Partnerships Manager

Job Summary:

Merrifield Consultants is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships with world-leading companies to drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic partnerships with major donors and corporate partners to drive revenue growth and innovation.
  • Research and identify new income generation opportunities, leading on the production of applications and proposals.
  • Work closely with the Director of Fundraising to develop and implement Major Donor and Corporate strategies, leading on their implementation and contributing to continual progression.
  • Ensure income maximization through Gift Aid and tax-effective giving, where applicable.
  • Operate as a spokesperson, working closely with the Director of Fundraising to manage high-level and complex donor relationships.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in high-value fundraising or commercial equivalent.
  • Line management or supervisory experience.
  • Experience of winning significant funding from major donors/corporates or commercial equivalent.
  • Ability to build relationships internally and externally with a range of audiences.
  • Results-oriented and problem-solving approach to work and challenges.
