Client Relations Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients, which will involve on-site visits.
  • Ensure precise management of client project information utilizing customer relationship management systems.
  • Conduct data management and analysis to assist in reporting to our leadership and stakeholders.
  • Oversee project management tasks, including:

- Managing daily responsibilities in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.

- Processing payments and forecasting cash flow.

- Drafting and reviewing legal documents and correspondence.

- Compiling written reports and presentations regarding specific project activities.

- Addressing and resolving internal and client inquiries.

  • Collaborate with the Communications and Public Relations team to enhance the company’s visibility at various events, conferences, and webinars.
  • Participate in broader organizational efforts, including cross-departmental collaboration, involvement in working groups, and supporting charitable initiatives.

Candidate Profile

  • Possession of a degree or an equivalent professional qualification; a degree related to sustainability is advantageous.
  • Experience in customer service or public engagement.
  • Proficient project management capabilities.
  • Experience in delivering presentations.
  • Strong IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office applications, with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work effectively within a small team environment.
  • Skilled in managing, prioritizing, and executing multiple projects and work programs within set timelines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
