About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at The Talent Crowd. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing guidance and support to our clients on employee relations matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advice and guidance on employee relations queries and ongoing cases
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners to ensure compliance with employment legislation, HR policies, and processes
  • Support the HRBP on broader people-focused business initiatives and reporting
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to minimize business risk and ensure colleagues are managed appropriately

Requirements

  • CIPD qualified
  • At least 2 years of solid experience as an HR Advisor with strong Employee Relations experience
