Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Dealer to join our team at Grosvenor Casino, Leeds. As a Senior Dealer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing gaming operations, and contributing to the overall success of the casino.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Acknowledge and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
    • Assist customers with gaming-related queries and issues
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience
  • Gaming Operations
    • Manage gaming operations, including table management and game rotation
    • Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and policies
    • Monitor and report on gaming performance and trends
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and motivate a team of dealers to achieve exceptional customer service and gaming performance
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of team goals and objectives
  • Communication
    • Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management to ensure seamless operations
    • Provide regular updates and reports on gaming performance and customer feedback

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a gaming environment, preferably in a senior dealer or team lead role
  • Skills
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills
    • Strong leadership and team management skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
    • Knowledge of gaming regulations and policies
