Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Dealer to join our team at Grosvenor Casino, Leeds. As a Senior Dealer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our gaming floor operates smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acknowledge and welcome customers, providing a professional and friendly service
  • Assist customers with gaming queries and provide guidance on our games and promotions
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless gaming experience
  • Monitor and manage gaming floor operations, ensuring that all games are running smoothly and efficiently
  • Participate in daily safe count rituals and other gaming floor procedures

Requirements

  • A current PFL licence, issued by the Gaming Commission
  • Ability to work shifts at any time of the day, including weekends and bank holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
