Overview of the Position

We are looking for a skilled HR Consultant to support the provision of a comprehensive Human Resources Advisory and Policy service. This role encompasses a wide range of support, administrative tasks, and record management responsibilities that contribute to an effective, precise, and client-oriented service. This position is part of our esteemed HR/OD shared service, focusing on delivering exceptional service. About Our Organization

The Employee Relations and Policy division offers advisory services as part of a vibrant and innovative HR/OD framework. The team is dedicated to upholding the organization's core values and behaviors while ensuring compliance with statutory and best practice standards. Our efforts significantly influence the HR/OD strategies and help cultivate the organizational culture.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess experience in providing support within a human resources advisory capacity, delivering general administrative assistance to a HR team on all Employee Relations issues to ensure a client-focused service. Your expertise will include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and taking minutes as needed. You will be responsible for drafting correspondence and communications for employees and stakeholders, as well as liaising with trade unions and management as necessary.
