About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team at HS Resourcing Ltd. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for leading a new construction/civils desk and driving business growth in this sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and manage a team of recruitment consultants to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with blue-chip clients in the construction and civils sector.
  • Source and attract top talent in the construction and civils industry, including blue-and white-collar candidates.
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to placement, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase revenue.
What We Offer
  • A competitive basic salary of £43,000 per annum.
  • A car allowance of £3,000 - £4,000 per year.
  • Quarterly team bonus incentives and yearly company incentive schemes.
  • 25 days holiday per annum, plus bank holidays and 3 days off at Christmas.
  • Flexibility to work from home one to two days per week.
  • Opportunities to progress within the business.
  • Uncapped commission.
