Compensation Package: Competitive salary up to £70,000 (OTE £100K in the first year) along with a robust bonus structure, client assignments, lead generation support, comprehensive administrative assistance, and 25 days of annual leave.
ABOUT THE FIRM
A prestigious boutique financial advisory firm located in Sutton, Surrey, is seeking to expand its team by hiring an Independent Financial Advisor. This firm has established itself as a leader in the financial services sector for over 30 years, offering independent guidance on a variety of financial matters including pensions, investment strategies, savings, and holistic financial planning solutions.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
The Independent Financial Advisor will report directly to the Managing Director and will primarily engage with high-net-worth clients from a well-maintained and loyal client base. Regular client reviews will be part of the role, supported by comprehensive paraplanning and administrative resources.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for the Independent Financial Advisor position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a financial advisory capacity
- Level 4 qualification
- Recent CAS status preferred
- Exceptional communication abilities
- Proximity to Sutton
- Willingness to work from an office environment
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
