Job Overview

Gleeson Homes is seeking a highly skilled Customer Relations Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of 5* customer service by championing the customer journey
  • Actively support the regional sales and build teams to meet and exceed customer expectations
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • IT literate with experience of Microsoft packages
  • Experience working in a customer service role
