About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Liaison to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders and handle customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide quotes and liaise with suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to build effective relationships and drive business growth.
  • Utilize excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Requirements

  • Fluency in another European language, such as French, Spanish, German, or Russian.
  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment and customer service administration.
  • Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and possess a strong work ethic.
