Sales Executive for UK & EU Markets | Direct-to-Consumer Retail | Fitness Accessories

Zachary Daniels Recruitment is thrilled to collaborate with a leading brand in the fitness accessories sector, currently experiencing significant growth.

We are seeking a skilled Sales Executive for the UK & EU markets to drive the business forward. This role involves collaborating closely with the sales manager, engaging with key distributors in the EU, and managing existing high-performing accounts. It is a genuine business development position that requires proactive engagement with potential stockists and new partners to enhance revenue and profit margins.

The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, preferably within the fashion, apparel, or fitness industries. Familiarity with EU distributors and a genuine passion for the product are essential.

Please be aware that this position will necessitate some travel to various EU locations, including events and trade shows.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Executive:

  • Assist the Sales Manager in identifying new partners and potential territories for growth.
  • Negotiate and secure partnerships with premium retailers and distributors throughout Europe.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and establish performance goals and KPIs.
  • Develop a comprehensive key account strategy that aligns with the company’s overall objectives and growth plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
  • Pursue cold leads with relevant stockists to boost sales.
  • Participate in industry events across Europe to increase brand visibility and network with potential partners.
  • Focus on brand and category performance by fostering strong internal relationships with the team.
  • Maintain a commercial perspective on product ranges, highlighting best sellers for partners while safeguarding the brand's integrity.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in a sales role or similar position with premium brands.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills at all organizational levels, including C-Suite.
  • Strong business acumen and a drive to increase sales.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Compensation Package for the Sales Executive:

  • Competitive salary around £40k.
