Sales Manager, North UK Territory

Stryker UK Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the North of England. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the Stryker Sports Medicine portfolio through the region, working closely with our customers to improve patient care and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to exceed quarterly and yearly business targets, while managing equipment utilization and recurring revenue pipeline development.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure they achieve their potential.
- Collaborate with enabling function teams to ensure smooth order-to-cash processes and provide exceptional customer service.
- Build local clinical champions to support the adoption of current and future technology platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with market dynamics and utilize this knowledge to drive business acceleration.
- Develop and execute creative approaches to new business development for current and future technologies and platforms.
- Training in a medical, scientific, or technical field, or a degree in sciences or economics.
- Verifiable successful sales and/or marketing experience.
- Experience leading and developing a high-performing sales team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Product knowledge in the general or orthopaedic surgery sector is preferred.
- Ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve challenging targets.
- Commercial skills in leading a profit centre.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and the competitive landscape in the medical device industry.
- Proven ability to work effectively with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer service.
- Strong analytical skills to assess sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
