Hospitals have integrated water purification systems that treat water used to clean medical equipment across renal and endoscopy wards. Cleaning is necessary in order to comply with hygiene regulations - ensuring everything is sanitised to highly regulated, exacting standards.

Our client is a key channel partner for a European manufacturer of medical devices designed to purify water. They are seeking an ambitious individual to oversee their Midlands/North UK Territory, with portfolio coverage for purification systems employed in both Endoscopy and Renal centres.

These instruments are niche, and the successful applicant will be supported by a highly experienced team member covering the South UK Territory.

We are calling out to both experienced and aspiring salespeople looking for a challenging and exciting development opportunity.

You will undertake a broad range of activities, including, but not limited to:

- Developing and implementing sales plans to grow current client accounts and identify new business opportunities
- Prospecting & following-up on leads
- Technical and commercial follow-ups with customers and arranging/hosting customer demos
- Working closely with customers to ensure they have the correct solutions, support and assistance required
- Attending talks, conferences and national & international meetings

To succeed in this position, you must enjoy helping people, have excellent communication skills, be organised and proactive.

A large portion of your time will be spent visiting hospitals and so you must be comfortable with a significant amount (~60%) of travel.

This busy sales team are in an exciting time of growth, with a market-leading portfolio of instrumentation. You will be picking up a warm and lucrative territory and can expect to be rewarded with a generous on-target-earning (OTE) as well as company car, benefits, etc.
