About the Role

Stryker UK Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the North of England. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the Stryker Sports Medicine portfolio through the region, working closely with our customers to improve patient care and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to exceed quarterly and yearly business targets, while managing equipment utilization and recurring revenue pipeline development.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure they achieve their potential.
  • Collaborate with enabling function teams to ensure smooth order-to-cash processes and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Build local clinical champions to support the adoption of current and future technology platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with market dynamics and identify opportunities for business acceleration.
Requirements
  • Proven sales and leadership experience in the medical device industry.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve challenging targets.
  • Commercial skills in leading a profit center.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess sales data, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Negotiating skills and power of persuasion.
  • Integrity and strong ethics.
