About the Company: Our client is a leading global manufacturer of high-quality bi-fold doors and windows.
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to cover the North of England. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing sales, developing the distribution network, training for installation and customer sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow sales in the North of England territory
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing contacts within the doors and windows manufacturing industry
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Provide training and support to customer sales teams
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to management
Requirements:
- Proven sales background with outstanding negotiation and people skills
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and sales skills
- Collaborative and customer-focused approach
- Self-starter able to work independently with remote supervision
What We Offer:
- Circa £65,000 - £75,000 + performance bonus
