Job Title: Clinical Wellbeing Supervisor

Winchester College is seeking an experienced professional to lead the Health and Wellbeing team and drive the function forward as the school prepares to welcome Sixth Form girl boarders from 2026. With a newly refurbished Health and Wellbeing Centre located in the heart of the school, the team is poised for a new and exciting phase of its development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and review the School's Health and Wellbeing strategy in conjunction with the Deputy Head Pastoral and Surmaster Pastoral.
  • Ensure the Health and Wellbeing Centre is ready for the arrival of girl boarders from September 2026.
  • Lead and promote whole school health and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Manage the Health and Wellbeing Centre budget in conjunction with the Deputy Head Pastoral.
  • Authorise and submit time sheets for part-time staff as appropriate.
  • Ensure that iSAMS is used accurately and consistently by all members of the Health and Wellbeing Centre.
  • Regular production and review of Health and Wellbeing data from iSAMS to enable continued improvement in provision of service.
  • Close liaison with the Leadership Team and the Director of HR, advising on Staff emotional health and wellbeing.
Requirements:
  • RGN Qualified Nurse and/or RSCN Paediatric Nurse.
  • Excellent communication skills, clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to analyse and present data effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly with young people.
  • Experience working in a girls boarding desirable but not essential.

  • Competitive salary, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
  • Salary is paid monthly, in arrears, to a nominated bank account in 12 equal payments.
