Faculty Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Director of Faculty Operations at the University of Winchester. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the academic administration of the Faculty of Education and the Arts, working closely with the Dean of Faculty to provide strategic management support and represent the Faculty within the University.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing the Faculty's budget and resources
- Leading the recruitment process and allocating resources effectively
- Providing an exceptional student experience and ensuring the Faculty's academic administration is of the highest standard
We are looking for a candidate with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, who has experience of managing a large office and administrative function, resource planning and management, and leadership of staff across a broad range of disciplines.
