Faculty Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Director of Faculty Operations at the University of Winchester.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic management support to the Dean of Faculty and leading the academic administration of the Faculty. This will involve managing a large office and administrative function, resource planning and management, and leadership of staff across a broad range of disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Budget management and financial planning
- Recruitment and talent management
- Resource allocation and optimization
- Providing an exceptional student experience
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a degree-level education, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and experience in managing a large office and administrative function. They will also have experience in resource planning and management, leadership of staff, and budget management.
