Director of Faculty Operations and Strategy

The University of Winchester is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Director of Faculty Operations. This is a key position within the Faculty Management Team, reporting directly to the Dean of Faculty.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic management support to the Dean of Faculty and the Faculty Management Team.
- Lead the academic administration of the Faculty, including budget management, recruitment, and resource allocation.
- Represent the Faculty within the University, particularly in relation to Professional Services and all aspects of Faculty administration.
- Work closely with the Dean of Faculty to develop and implement strategies to enhance the student experience.
- Manage a large office and administrative function, including resource planning and management, and leadership of staff across a broad range of disciplines.
- Education to degree level.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work with staff at all levels of the organisation.
- Experience of managing a large office and administrative function, resource planning and management, and leadership of staff.
