Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Faculty Technician to join our growing team in the Faculty of Health and Wellbeing at the University of Winchester.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to support the smooth running of our specialist facilities, including clinical, therapy, and laboratory spaces. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, preparing, calibrating, and safely storing equipment, while ensuring adherence to safe working practices and overseeing equipment usage.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain and prepare equipment for use in specialist facilities
  • Ensure safe working practices and oversee equipment usage
  • Support the coordination of space and equipment use to meet demands
  • Perform assigned administrative tasks
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is approximately £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a member of staff at the University of Winchester, you will also receive a range of benefits, including:
