We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Administrator to join our dynamic Sales team at Reed. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Handle customer inquiries and respond to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the engineering, manufacturing, or construction industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
