We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Administrator to join our dynamic Sales team at Reed. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including updating CRM systems and processing orders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist in the creation of quotes and proposals for customers, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Support the sales team in negotiating prices and terms with customers, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives, working closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or marketing environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
