**Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our office, maintaining records, and providing administrative support to our Executive Assistant.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring all ISO quality processes are maintained.
  • Ensure the office is stocked with necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Provide administrative support to our Executive Assistant, including taking meeting minutes and handling correspondence.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Book travel arrangements for employees and contractors, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.

**Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in office/facilities management.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and the capacity to multi-task.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • A 'no job too small' attitude and a friendly, welcoming personality.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office.
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure and manage a diverse workload.
