**Job Summary**
Futurebuild Recruitment is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Risk Management**: Ensure that risk assessments are completed and issued to clients before the start of a project.
- **Procurement**: Assist with the purchasing of materials and ordering items required for the office.
- **Asset Management**: Maintain the Assets Register and ensure it is up to date.
- **Leave Management**: Coordinate annual leave for the team.
- **Documentation**: Complete operation and maintenance manuals before a project ends and issue to clients.
- **Communication**: Answer and direct calls, and assist with managing the emails of senior team members.
- **Office Operations**: Organize office procedures and assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
- **Diary Management**: Manage the diary of senior team members.
- **Quality Assurance**: Assist with collating Quality Assurance documentation when required.
**Requirements:**
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager with a background in construction and a strong understanding of administrative procedures. You will be well-organized, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
