Working Hours:
Full-time, 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday

We are seeking a temporary Governance Coordinator to join a housing organization on a full-time basis. In this pivotal role, you will assist in various administrative functions, particularly in the execution and management of official documents.

Your contributions will be vital in ensuring the effective organization and facilitation of Board and Committee meetings, as well as overseeing the Governance Inbox.

This position necessitates a complete in-office presence to support the document signing and sealing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the signing and sealing of official documents (comprehensive training will be provided).
  • Support the preparation and organization of Board and Committee meetings.
  • Monitor and manage the Governance Inbox efficiently.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the Governance team.
Candidate Profile:
  • Experience in Governance or Housing Administration is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.
  • Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills and capability to work collaboratively within a team.
