You should possess experience in retail or customer service, demonstrating effective communication skills and a knack for engaging with partners. Your passion for helping others and your ability to troubleshoot efficiently will be key to your success.

Being organized, personable, and patient are essential traits for this role. You are self-driven and excel in a collaborative environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- Provide outstanding, in-person support to our partners.

- Guide new partners through the onboarding process and familiarize them with essential tools.

- Address and resolve partner inquiries and challenges.

- Promote the eTeam brand and foster excitement among partners.

- Stay informed about eTeam processes and tools.

- Collaborate with the Operations team to enhance procedures.
