The Sales Specialist role is pivotal in assisting our partners as they navigate their journey with eTeam. You will be responsible for onboarding new partners, providing top-tier support, and adapting to the evolving needs of our business.

We value individuals with a background in retail or customer service who can effectively communicate and connect with our partners. Your passion for helping others and your ability to troubleshoot efficiently will be key to your success.

Being organized, personable, and a collaborative team player is essential. You should be self-motivated and genuinely enthusiastic about the eTeam mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional, in-person support to our partners.
  2. Guide new partners through the onboarding process and familiarize them with essential tools.
  3. Address and resolve partner inquiries and concerns.
  4. Promote the eTeam brand and foster excitement among partners.
  5. Stay informed about eTeam processes and tools.
  6. Collaborate with the Operations team to enhance procedures.

This is a temporary contract position with opportunities for extension.
