Job Title: HR Business Partner

Henlee Resourcing & Consulting Limited is seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to join their team in the Northern Region. This is a unique opportunity to work in a progressive and well-respected organisation, with a focus on helping both employees and the business to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish strong regional relationships with stakeholders and demonstrate the value of professional business partnering.
  • Develop a value-added regional business partnering approach, creating business-focused solutions and driving organisation effectiveness.
  • Support the development of strong employee engagement, managing employee relations across the region, and working collaboratively with the centralised team.
  • Coach and support line managers, utilising subject matter experts at the HR centre effectively within the region.
  • Drive organisation effectiveness, with data and KPI measures, and ensure consistency in the recruitment experience.

This is a challenging role that requires a well-organised and comfortable working collaboratively individual, with experience working in a multi-site organisation and understanding business requirements and identifying associated people activity to support this.
