We are delighted to be working with our innovative and successful client, Michelle Simpson HR Recruitment Ltd, to recruit a permanent HR Manager. As the business embarks on the next exciting part of its development strategy, they are looking to appoint an experienced HR Manager to work closely with the leadership team to support the company achieve its ambitious business objectives.

The role will be responsible for reviewing and developing an effective HR function to drive performance across the organisation. This will involve strengthening the employee experience to promote an engaged and motivated workforce.

The successful candidate will be an experienced HR professional at the Senior HR Advisor or HR Manager level, with a strong track record of promoting positive change within a commercial environment.

The ideal candidate will be a commercially focussed, astute and driven individual who is able to work with stakeholders at all levels, including executive. They will have experience gained within a commercial environment and be an effective Business Partner.

The role will also involve providing advice and guidance to the leadership and executive teams on all People related matters, including talent, recruitment and retention, culture and engagement, development of performance management processes, leadership and development, and reward and recognition.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR related policies, including onboarding and induction programmes, and will be the lead on HR projects.

They will also be responsible for coaching and developing the HR Assistant and taking ownership of HR KPI's, presenting to the leadership team.
