The HR Business Partner is responsible for leading employee relations for the UK&I teams at Crayola, as well as supporting across EMEA markets. This role will work closely with regional leadership teams to support EMEA with training and development plans and quarterly talent review processes. They will also be responsible for identifying qualified candidates for various positions among all classifications within the company.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate administrative staffing activities, including setting up interviews, scheduling travel, updating the applicant tracking system, posting positions, processing pre-employment screenings, preparing offer letters, and processing new hire information.
- Support the delivery of the Learning and Development calendar for the EMEA region and the talent review process alongside the EMEA leadership team to ensure a support plan is in place for all staff.
- Provide recommendations and counsel to managers on appropriate levels of performance management and coaching techniques.
- Manage the full cycle recruiting process for assigned requisitions.
- Facilitate and complete the new hire onboarding program, including orientation and electronic onboarding documentation.
- Work with designated hiring managers to review, analyze, and clarify job specifications/requirements, competencies/skills required, understand business operations, and develop a recruiting strategy to fill each staffing need.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or Business field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources.
- Talent Acquisition skillset across EMEA markets.
- MS Office experience required; HRIS experience preferred.
- Able to interpret policy/procedures to make decisions that are within appropriate guidelines.
- Strong written and verbal skills.
