About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Organisational Design and Business Transformation Expert to join our team at the NHS Business Services Authority. This is an exciting opportunity for a forward-thinking professional who is passionate about collaborating with colleagues to drive organisational change.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with our OD&D and HR Business Partners to support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include designing, delivering, and evaluating interventions to increase the effectiveness and capability of all managers and leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with OD&D Business Partners to understand emerging priorities and development requirements, facilitating effective interventions as agreed.
  • Support OD&D Business Partners in delivering the OD&D strategy and associated projects and interventions.
  • Provide OD&D capability to strategically aligned programmes and projects.
  • Design, deliver, facilitate, and evaluate interventions to increase the effectiveness and capability of all managers and leaders.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the NHSBSA Core Capabilities are embedded within all interventions and the employee lifecycle.
  • Facilitate learning sets to create expectations and experiences with managers about new ways of working and learning.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree-level qualification or equivalent in a relevant discipline, or demonstrable experience.
  • Evidence of continuous professional development.
  • Demonstrated experience in understanding and application of OD&D/Learning theories, models, and practices.
  • Experience engaging with external suppliers discussing business requirements and managing tendering processes ensuring quality and value for money outcomes.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
