Organisational Development Specialist

We are seeking an Organisational Development Specialist to join our client's team for a period of 6 months. As a key member of the HR team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organisation's transformation and evolution.
This role involves working closely with senior leaders and internal stakeholders to deliver organisational objectives. You will develop and implement HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and performance, provide guidance on employee relations, culture, and wellbeing, and support the Head of People and Culture to drive strategic objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive organisational development and change management initiatives
- Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and performance
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, culture, and wellbeing
- Collaborate with senior leaders and internal stakeholders to achieve organisational objectives
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR business partnering
- Strong understanding of organisational development and change management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Salary Information: The estimated annual salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000, depending on experience.
