We are seeking a People Development Specialist to join our team at Wincanton Logistics for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. Reporting to the People Manager, you will provide operational support and contribute to proactive talent management and development, organisational change, resource management, and HR improvement initiatives.

As a People Development Specialist, your role has a strong generalist HR focus, with opportunities to actively engage in talent management, organisation change, resource management, and HR improvement projects. Your primary responsibilities include providing operational support, contributing to strategic initiatives, and collaborating with the People Manager to drive business results.
