NRG Resourcing Ltd is seeking an Employee Relations Consultant to join our team in Newcastle on a permanent basis. The role offers flexible and remote working opportunities.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our HR function and work closely with the wider people team as an Employee Relations Consultant.

As an Employee Relations Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering expert advice and support to a defined sub-region of the organisation, ensuring effective employee relations processes are implemented.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver expert advice and support to managers and leaders on employee relations processes.
  • Develop and implement effective employee relations processes across the organisation.
  • Manage sickness absence, including coaching employees on adjustments and occupational health.
  • Monitor and address absence trends, promoting early intervention.
  • Develop a deep understanding of local well-being programs and initiatives.
  • Analyse and report data to inform organisational decision-making.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and promote collaboration.
  • Develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Continuously improve the People Services team's processes and procedures.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, a confident approach, and experience in supporting businesses with complex employee relation cases.

What We Offer

This role offers a competitive salary range of £33,000 - £38,000 per annum, along with private medical insurance, life insurance, accident insurance, and flexible working arrangements.

The estimated annual salary for this role is £36,500 based on a £33,000 minimum and £38,000 maximum salary. This calculation takes into account the location and job requirements.
