We are looking for an exceptional Inclusion and Organisational Development Specialist to join our team at the NHS. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that offers flexible working options and the opportunity to make a real difference in promoting diversity and inclusion.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of developing organisational and individual capabilities to respond to issues of equality, diversity, inclusion, dignity and organisational development through training, coaching, mentoring and learning resources.

This role requires strong analytical and judgemental skills, including the ability to analyse, interpret and report on datasets, identifying trends over time and parsing strategic priorities.

The estimated salary for this position is £**55,000 - £75,000 per annum**, depending on experience.

Key responsibilities include utilising influence to ensure the design of policies and practices addresses the causes of systemic inequalities.
